Our inspection department ensures consistent quality throughout our plant by personnel trained in the use of S.P.C. with our ultimate goal of obtaining ISO 9001 certification. Our highly skilled craftsmen are proud of their work and that pride can be seen in every tool that is produced.

	First Piece Inspection: Procedure checklists are followed for workmanship and completion of the sequence of operation
	In-process Inspection: Statistical Process Control (SPC) is used to ensure dimensional characteristics of a production part stay within tolerance limits set by customer drawings, specifications or purchase orders
	Assembly inspection & any necessary testing is performed in the same manner as with any other product, consistent with the first piece, in process and final inspection requirements.
	Inspection Records are maintained by the Quality Dept personnel
